Equal Pay Day Unhappy Hour presented by Ashland Business and Professional Women.

Equal Pay Day is a day that highlights the number of additional days in a year that a woman has to work to earn the same salary as a man in the same job position. The official date for Equal Pay Day is March 12, 2024. We invite everyone to come out and "not" celebrate this day with us. 
 
Though great strides have been made, and each year this date gets earlier in the year, we will continue to have unhappy hours until the date is January 1st of each year.
